New Living is the management system for a family’s real estate portfolio in Porto. It follows each property through its whole lifecycle, from opportunity to sale.

Context
Families managing portfolios worth millions often do it with Excel, scattered emails and documents only one person can find. Information fragments, decisions come late and continuity between generations is at risk.

The challenge
Model a real portfolio: families, legal entities, portfolios, buildings with units and common areas, leases that renew, rents, insurance, short-term rentals and works. All with sensitive financial data and access kept separate per family.
